GSP-IKBN Jitra Ultimate Frisbee Fun Day Tourney

In an effort to create long term momentum for Ultimate in the north, GSP is partnering with various colleges and universities to host several Ultimate Frisbee Fun Day Tournaments each year. These Fun Day Tourneys begin with a clinic to help students refresh their skills and increase players’ confidence prior to a friendly round robin tournament.

With 120 players participating representing eight teams of guys and four teams of girls not only from host IKBN Jitra, but also AIMST, USM (Ng Tebal), IKM Sik and UITM Arau the recent GSP-IKBN Jitra Ultimate Frisbee Fun Day Tourney was certainly a success. While everyone went home with a souvenir disc, UiTM Arau walked away with the Champions medals in the men’s division while the AIMST women came out on top in the women’s division.
