SIK GETS ON THE MAP THROUGH ULTIMATE

IKM SIK, the only post-secondary educational institution in the district of Sik, has begun to enthusiastically embrace Ultimate Frisbee.

With the support of IKM lecturer En Zamri, the IKM Frisbee team took the basics they received from an initial GSP-sponsored clinic on January 2nd and began practicing multiple times weekly.

By the time Douglas and GSP Intern John Woods returned on 8 March for a follow-up session, most of the players were confident with both backhand and forehand and were ready for learning a bit about positioning.

The team is preparing itself for the upcoming Fun Day Tourney in Canglun at the end of the month. As you can tell from the picture, there still time for a bit of mucking around up there in Sik!
