RM 25 per team. Please pay cash at Team Captain's Meeting.

The fee is to secure the field for RM200 for half a day use. If you have the urge to pay more for the effort in organizing, please give your donation to the Valley Ultimate Club’s Treasurer – Ms. Mei Jyn.

All proceeds will go into the Club’s effort in promoting Ultimate

• A player may only play in ONE team.


• Once the first game starts for a team, the 10 players playing at that time is the final roster.


• No replacements allowed under any conditions


• Captains, please inform the Tournament Dictator if there are any changes to the submitted roster, prior to the first game.

Each team should be suitably dressed with shoes, jerseys, shorts/track pants.

Each team should have 2 choices of jerseys, one WHITE and one COLOURED.

If your team has a team jersey, please wear them.

Round-Robin, top 2 teams of each group go into Semi-Finals, top 2 into Finals.

• 1 team = 10 players (Play safe, stay healthy. If you are down to 6 players only, then you play 6 on 6)


• NO Gender Ratio


• 1 game = 20 minutes


• No half time, no time outs


• At the 20 minutes whistle, finish the point. If the game is tied after that, play another point. Winner takes all.

• The fields will be the regulation size field (100m x 37 m), or close to it.


• Fields will only be marked by cones. There are no parameter and goal lines.


• Please observe a 5m restraining area from the parameter to ensure sidelines are clear during play.

• A single whistle blow by the Tournament Dictator Director will signal the start and end of game.


• Time between points is a maximum of 45 seconds. Please do not delay the game.


• Resolve disputes quickly. After 30 seconds, captains to resolve immediately or return the disc to last thrower.
• As we play 20 minutes game, please have a line ready on your designated field a few minutes before the start whistle.


• 1 point per minute will be awarded to opposing team, if your team is late. (ie, if your team is late by 5 minutes, then it is 5 points awarded to your opposing team)


• A wall clock will be hung at one of the trees for reference. No excuses for tardiness.

• A designated duty team will be the scorekeeper, using the score sheet provided.


• Captain of the duty team is to designate a player from his team to act as the score keeper. If not, the captain of the duty team will be the scorekeeper


• Score sheet to be signed by both captains and duty team is to submit to Ms. Mei Jyn for tabulation.

Please make the effort to do a cheer at the end of every game. Sing, do something silly or stupid…just do something fun ok?

And please do not leave your SOTG at home. You cannot leave home without it!

• There will be no ambulance / paramedics on standby. The nearest hospital is the UM Medical Centre


• PLAY SAFE and STAY HEALTHY. Bring your own First Aid Kit if available.


• STAY OUT OF MAX’S WAY! We do not want to upset his mom by giving him another concussion.

BYOG - Bring your own grub. Lunch is NOT provided.

BYODI - Bring your own drinks and ice. Bring lots of water, get Oral Rehydration Salts(ORS) from pharmacies to avoid cramps.

Guardian/Jusco sells sachets for 60cents.

Suggestion: Mix salts/ORS with your 100+ or Ribena for better taste.

Bring your own sunscreen/sunblock, cap or hat. Tanning lotion/beach or deck chairs are not compulsory.

Please clean up after yourselves. Bring your own trash bags.

There will be a BENCHMARX Rock-N-Roll CD Release Party at Nu Skool Pub at 8.30 pm, 24th Feb. (Melia Hotel, KL). The band is expecting players to turn up and join them at the party.
